I cannot see my old CARD GAME ID on NEURON, what can I do?
If you no longer have your physical CARD GAME ID or the 5 digit password, please ensure that you participate in Events using the CARD GAME ID on NEURON.
We recommend that you register with a KONAMI ID so that you don't lose that number!

How can I submit my deck for a Tournament?

How can I report my matches using NEURON?
If you're enrolled into the tournament using the same CARD GAME ID as displayed on NEURON and the Organiser has enabled this feature, you will be able to report your matches or drop from the Tournament using NEURON.
