Here’s a short list of unexpected behaviours in ZONE OF THE ENDERS The 2nd RUNNER: M∀RS, and some possible solutions. Please, do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any additional assistance!
Behaviour:If I disconnect the Oculus headset USB while Oculus is enabled, the game is force-closed. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: This is the current specification when the Steam VR is ended. Please do not disconnect the USB while the Oculus is enabled.
Behaviour: Activating the game in Fullscreen mode and deactivating it before the game window opens starts the game in Borderless mode. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: This is intended behaviour when ZONE OF THE ENDERS The 2nd RUNNER: M∀RS is deactivated before the game window is opened. Please do not deactivate the game before the game window is opened.
Behaviour: After entering the training via keyboard and then entering the title screen using a mouse from the training menu screen I can no longer see the mouse cursor. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: After deactivating the game window with Alt + Tab or another method, the mouse cursor will be displayed. ZONE OF THE ENDERS The 2nd RUNNER: M∀RS is not compatible with keyboards.
Behaviour: When the display refresh rate is “60 hz” or more and “Borderless”/”Vertical Synchronization” is set to “Enable” in the “Windowed” mode, FPS becomes 60 or more. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: This is intended behaviour.
Behaviour: When I start the game on Windows 7, it drops to “30fps.”
This occurs in some combinations of specific graphics boards and operating systems. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: Please try to restart the game. If the issue persists, it will improve by changing the window mode to “Full screen” or turning off the vertical synchronization.
Behaviour: I cannot recover the game when I turn off the monitor while playing on full screen. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: You can recover your game by pushing “Windows Key” and then clicking on the ZONE OF THE ENDERS The 2nd RUNNER: M∀RS icon in the task bar.
Behaviour: The screen ratio does not match when changing monitor resolution. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: Please restart the app.
