Here’s a short list of unexpected Behaviours in ZONE OF THE ENDERS The 2nd RUNNER: M∀RS, and some possible solutions. Please, do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any additional assistance!

Behaviour: Sometimes I cannot hear the ADA voice from the controller. 

Solution: It is intended that the ADA voice does not flow from the controller during animation demos and polygon demos.

Behaviour: ADA voice is being played only on the 1P side controller if I play “1P vs 2P” in “VERSUS.”

Solution: It is intended that the ADA voice plays only on the 1P side controller in “VERSUS” mode.

Behaviour: I can hear noises when I switch the default format to “44100 Hz” (16 bits/24 bits) in Windows. (on PC/Steam)

Solution: Please, try to select something other than 44100 Hz on the audio format.

Behaviour: Voices and SE volume become too quiet on a specific PC when I use headphones/earphones. (on PC/Steam)
Solution: It’s not uncommon for PCs to default the sound device to “Speaker” even if “Headphones” were previously selected. Go to the app settings and change the option from “Speaker” to “Headphones”. We also suggest trying different audio configurations to find the one that works best for you! 

Behaviour: I can hear noises when I use VR and when changing the sound output settings to something other than HMD. (on PC/Steam)

Solution: Please try the following pair of recommendations:

・Please update the sound driver to the latest version and try again.

・Please use Rift headphones.
