The content on the PlayStation®Store is tailored to the region and country that you live in. This is influenced by your IP address and the settings of your PlayStation®Network account. If you are having trouble with the Metal Gear Solid 1 voucher, it is most likely that the cause is a conflict between your game voucher and your PlayStation®Store region. For example, if you have an imported disc your voucher may well be incompatible with the store that you are trying to use it on.

The European version should display the PEGI 18 age-rating logo on the front cover. If it displays "M for Mature", this means you purchased a US version. In that case, please contact the retailer that sold you the collection or PlayStation®3 customer support, for more information.

If you do have a European version, please get in touch and send us photos of the game (package and CD), proof of purchase, the code, and the error message you get when trying to redeem the code.
