The packs are European Classic Kits, South American Classic Kits, and 3rd Kit, and together they provide an additional 13 kits. Here are the details -

Search 'European' to find the European Kits
Search 'PES 2014' to find 3rd kits
Download all three kit packs and they will be ready to use in game!
