After you have activated any DLC that you have, you can access it from the 'Customise' option in the select menu at any point while playing the game. You will have to reach chapter one before you can do this and you will also need enough in game money (bp) to purchase it. If your DLC does not show up, please be sure that you have activated the correct code outside of the game.
