To this end, we would like you to always bear in mind that if there is a disruption while you are winning it does not necessarily mean that your opponent cheated. Similarly, it does not necessarily mean that you are a cheater if a disruption occurs while you are losing.
In case players feel that their games are lagging or if they have some frequent disconnections, we are counting on the cooperation of our fellow players to rule out any problems that can disturb their connection in order to make the online modes as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
If after verifying your connection with the guidelines from the links above, you have found that the problem is not coming from your line then we do apologise for the bad experience. However, don't worry about your opponents, the Courtesy Rating will take care of them. We kindly invite you to read the article which explains that if you have a good connection your Courtesy Rating can't be affected.
