Whenever you come across offers on the Internet that either sells only a downloadable version of PES 2014 or an Online Pass individually, it is not official. We never sell Online Passes separately from the game and by using one you might be running into the risk of experiencing technical problems or receiving an incompatible code error message. Many unofficial versions of PES 2014 are likely to stop working after updating them with our free patches and data packs.
When purchasing the physical game version of PES 2014, Online Passes (also known as Registration codes) which are used to play online on PC, PS3® or Xbox 360® always come printed on the game manual that you'll find packaged in the game box.
When buying the game on the PlayStation®Store or the Xbox Live® Marketplace, the Online Pass will be connected automatically after your purchase, to the PlayStation®Network account or Xbox Live® Gamertag you used to buy this game.
We also offer PES 2014 for PC as a Digital Download from Steam® and our other official partners. When buying the game through those channels, the Online Pass will be either sent to you via Email or automatically implemented in your game (e.g. Steam®).
When buying the game online, we recommend that you make sure that you are looking at an official and complete version of the game (downloadable game plus Online Pass) before finalising the purchase. We are not able to provide technical support for unofficial Online Passes and game versions.
Here you can find a list of our official partners for Digital Downloads for PES 2014 to avoid disappointments. If you are not sure about whether a game offer is official or not, feel free to get in touch with us. We are here to help!
